We Seek Properties and Make Them Better

We look for communities with upside potential from a variety of tactics including 1) raising rents to market prices 2) removing excessive costs 3) passing utility expenses to tenants and 4) filling vacant lots with new or used homes.

We are not shy of under performing properties or a substantial inventory of park owned homes.  While these may be perceived as negatives to some, we see them as a challenge and an opportunity to create value for our investors.
