The park was purchased from a bank receivership and was in financial trouble at the time of acquisition. Over recent years, the park has not been property maintained, dilapidated homes were strewn throughout the park, and a handful of tenants were causing havoc.
Our plan is to remove the abandoned homes, improve park infrastructure, and bring nicer and newer homes to the community allowing us to target responsible tenants who want to become homeowners.
